Reader Question: Baby Sleeping Advice

Dear Flying Start.
Have you got any good tips/advice for a baby that sleeps well during the day but can take anything up to 2 hrs to drift off at night?
He is the most perfect baby but just gets so wound up and upset at night :/

Claire has completed a maternity practitioner award at Reading university and is also qualified in Peadiatric first aid training, along with having experience in volunteer work helping families who have suffered domestic violence.
